Home Leadership Team Pedro Padilla

Pedro Padilla

Senior Vice President

Pedro joined EFI in early 2019 as Vice President, Operational Excellence, relocating from the United States to Spain to help drive a globally orchestrated, lean manufacturing operation with exceptional quality and performance. Pedro has been responsible for ensuring process and production integration, manufacturing and supply chain delivery, and coordinating work with all global operations teams. Quick to achieve impressive success, in September 2019, Pedro was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Operations. His extensive operations experience plays a vital role in keeping EFI as a market-leading company.

Pedro came to EFI from Tesla where he served as Director of Manufacturing Operations for the Model 3. Prior to his role at Tesla, he held several manufacturing leadership positions during a 16-year tenure at PepsiCo.

Pedro earned a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
